RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your order! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange your item(s) unused and in its original condition or you may return it to us for store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received your purchase. If fourteen (14) calendar days have gone by from the date you received your purchase unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit.
RETURN PROCESS
*Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
You can choose to return with a generated return label. The cost for this label is $7.00.
To return an item(s), please visit our returns center.
- Click "START RETURN" at the bottom of our website
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a label
- After receiving a RMA number and a label, place the item securely in its original packaging or any non see-through packaging
- Please include your proof of purchase and return package slip

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and labels attached.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your exchange or store credit via E-Gift Card. An exchange with a credit balance will be issued a gift card for you to use towards your next purchase! Any exchange made with a balance due, customers are welcome to use any of our alternate payment options.
Please allow up to ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange or store credit. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit:

Intimate apparel, gift cards, jewelry, accessories, scarves, shoes, eyewear, and swimwear.
For defective or damaged products, please contact customer service at the email address below to arrange a refund or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
*Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted and item(s) will be returned to sender.

LORDE BRIT E-Gift Cards can be redeemed online, used for purchases at LORDEBRIT.COM, and Pop-Up Shops nationwide.
LORDE BRIT E-Gift Cards will be delivered via email.
Not to worry, if you ever delete your email by accident or unable to locate your emailed E-Gift Card, please contact us and we will resend you your E-Gift Card with your available balance. However, your E-Gift Card is not replaceable if used without authorization.
In case you forget! We will send you an email just to remind you about your E-Gift Card and remaining balance.
All refunds/exchanges of merchandise purchased with the E-Gift Card will be made in accordance with LORDE BRIT Return Policy.
E-Gift Cards cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash (except where required by state law).
E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase E-Gift Cards. E-gift cards not used for 1 year will expire from date of purchase and the balance will be forfeited (except where required by state law).
Use of this E-Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
