How do I make sure I order the right size?

A size chart is located next to each product to make your viewing experience more convenient while you shop. You can also view our "Size Guide" located at the bottom of our website. 

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

2. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card. We additionally offer support for Paypal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay. You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, and USD. If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, or USD, depending on your location. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?

We accept 4 times payment thanks to our partner Klarna. You will be able to chose that payment option on checkout.

3. Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States and select territories, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom. For shipping outside of these countries, please contact customer service at sales@lordebrit.com.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below after processing is complete.

- Canada: 7-21 days
- France: 7-21 days
- Germany: 7-21 days
- Italy: 7-21 days
- Spain: 7-21 days
- United Kingdom: 7-21 days

Do you offer fast shipping?

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time however, we will explore this option in the near future. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive future updates and promotional offers.

How can I track my package?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

 

If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and carrier policies. Please refer the to website of the delivery partner handling your delivery for more details.

You may also have to go to your local shipping center to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

What do I do if I never received my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 25 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@lordebrit.com with your name and order number, and a representative with contact you.

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

Deliveries in Europe will have to pay custom taxes.

Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and will invoice you in local currency for the duties and taxes linked to your order. LORDEBRIT.COM is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Do you accept returns?

Can I exchange an item?

We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.

Where are you located?

We currently serve our customers online at LORDEBRIT.COM.

Do you have physical stores?

We currently do not have any physical stores under our brand name. However, we are currently undergoing plans for a brick-and-mortar in the near future!

What do I do if I received a defective order?

We guarantee any of our products sold through our online store to be free of defect. In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at sales@lordebrit.com with your name, order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
